We finally broke ground in San Benito. On July 27th the material was delivered to start the new beach house! This is a picture of the materials being delivered. And for those of you who want to visit - there will be a guest house:o)

Wow.. that is exciting! I thought it might be mexico.. but are we talking California or Texas? I am guessing TX.
